Pre-Listing / Seller’s Inspection

New Construction Inspection
You deserve to move into a home that’s perfect! But before you move into your newly constructed home, turn to CSI to make sure it’s truly perfect. We’ll check the general condition of the home, along with verifying whether or not common construction shortcuts were used.
New Construction Phase Inspections
We offer Phase Inspections for new homes being built. We’ll visit your new home prior to the foundation being poured, perform a pre drywall inspection before the insulation and drywall is installed, this will allow us to inspect all mechanical rough in work, and finally your finished home will be inspected to ensure all areas of the home operate as they are designed to. We will be glad to visit as often as you wish in between these phases to communicate the status and progress of the build. We often find issues that need to be addressed prior to further work being performed.
11-Month / Builder’s Warranty
Every new home comes with a builder’s warranty against defects. Let us check the property 11 months after you move in to look for any claims you should make. Don’t get stuck paying for issues that should be covered by your warranty.
4-Point Inspection
Insurers need some reassurance when you plan to purchase an older property. To that end, we perform the 4-Point Inspection service. We’ll inspect:

Re-Inspection

Roof Certification

If your house has a shingle roof and is 25+ years old, we’ve got you covered. We also look at homes that have metal or tile roofs that are 50+ years old.
Manufactured Home Foundation Inspection
